Glimmerpoint Stag with Flash

The two cards in question here are Rising Waters and Glimmerpoint Stag

I'm wondering how Glimmerpoint Stag would work with Rising Waters if I have a way of giving it flash with something like Leyline of Anticipation. Heres the scenario. I have Rising Waters out and my opponent moves into their end step. During their end step, can I flash in Glimmerpoint Stag removing my Rising Waters from the game? Then on my turn my lands untap as normal, and Rising Waters not coming back into play until the beginning of the next end step comes back in at the end of my turn, still freezing up my opponents lands?

Yes. From Gatherer:

If Glimmerpoint Stag somehow enters the battlefield during a turn’s end step, the exiled card won’t be returned to the battlefield until the beginning of the following turn’s end step.

Players may cast spells during the end step. The delayed trigger set up by Glimmerpoint Stag is at the beginning of the end step, which has passed by the time the active player gets priority.
