How you win:

• get mana producing lands and artifacts that do not have an ETB cost (e.g. Mox Diamond) so that you can produce , , and
• get Worldgorger Dragon into the bin (make sure there is a creature in someone's graveyard aside from Worldgorger Dragon)
• reanimate Worldgorger Dragon using an enchantment reanimation spell, e.g. Animate Dead, Necromancy or Dance of the Dead
• when Worldgorger Dragon ETBs it exiles the animation enchantment, making it go back to the graveyard and returning everything that was just exiled, leaving it all untapped, and returning the enchantment allowing you to target the dragon again and again, tapping away storing up the mana as you go until you've reached infinite stores
• stop the loop by targeting a creature other than Worldgorger Dragon to reanimate

before looping, if Breya, Etherium Shaper is in the command zone:* after the loop, cast Breya, Etherium Shaper and activate the first mode of her ability to bolt someone in the face, sacrificing her as one of the artifacts so you can recast her and do it all again...over and over...

before looping, if Breya, Etherium Shaper is on the battlefield: while you're in the loop, bolt people in the face on each ETB trigger, sacrificing the two thopters she births note: in a pinch, once everyone else is dead you can sac Breya, Etherium Shaper and allow her to go to the graveyard to ensure you can stop the loop and avoid a draw

Why the deck is fun:

You need 2 cards for the combo since your commander plays a pivotal role in things, so assembling the win is easier than some others. The backup condition is to to use Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter or Basalt Monolith + Power Artifact or Grim Monolith + Power Artifact to generic infinite mana to pick up your deck with Staff of Domination and kill everyone with Walking Ballista.
