It's just a little burn. Put some butter on it, it'll feel better.

Medium to high cmc to get Vial Smasher the Fierce to deal chunks of damage. Heartless Summoning, Conduit of Ruin, Hazoret's Monument and Bontu's Monument reduces the cost all while still allowing the full cmc's worth of damage to be inflicted. Damage lovers like Kaervek the Merciless, Archfiend of Despair, Angrath's Marauders, Gratuitous Violence, Curse of Bloodletting, Sower of Discord Chandra's Incinerator, Obosh, the Preypiercer and the partner commander Jeska, Thrice Reborn add to my opponents' burning sensation. If casting Netherborn Phalanx doesn't net much at the time I'll transmute it to go search for a 6 drop like Conduit of Ruin. When I cast Conduit I'll go search for Artisan of Kozilek or Ancient Stone Idol. A bit of graveyard recursion for good measure.

A good number of swamps for Cabal Coffers/Cabal Stronghold fodder. Witch's Cottage and Leechridden Swamp make great little utility swamps. Add in Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth to up the swamp count.
