Inspired by JLK's version of Hapatra, I brew a similar deck which I tweak a little to my taste.

Key Combo:
1] Quillspike + Devoted Druid = big hitter
2] 1 + Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons or Nest of Scarabs = infinite tokens
3] 2 + Ayara, First of Locthwain or Obelisk Spider = kill all
4] Yawgmoth, Thran Physician + Nest of Scarabs + Zulaport Cutthroat + Parallel Lives + 2 tokens* = infinite draw, infinite zulaport triggers, kill all (you need atleast 2 tokens if there are no other creature in play under opponent's control)
