Rework of my Jori En storm deck.

Storm & control deck. Draw/go early game with cantrips & counterspells to gain card advantage, token generators for defense, try to set up for storm combo enders.

Endgame plan

1. Stick Thousand-Year Storm or Eye of the Storm.
2. Generate lots of mana with Storm-Kiln Artist or copied Mana Geyser/Seething Song.
3. Begin casting & copying everything possible.
4. Eventually win with Sphinx-Bone Wand, Ignite Memories, Psychosis Crawler, Comet Storm, Empty the Warrens, or some other weird effect.

Issues/Fixes

• All-in effects such as Epic Experiment or Mizzix's Mastery are exiling or binning too much of the deck. Added Time Reversal so we'll see how that goes.
