White/Black life draining commander deck. Looking to use any combo to cause an infinite loop of life lose for the opponent. If that doesn't work, then just draining there life while keeping my life total high.

Currently at 111 cards and need to narrow things down. Looking for suggestions as well. Sort of on budget, so i'm trying to keep this thing under $150.
