I'm also of the opinion that a few more lands would probably solid, 31 doesn't feel like very many, a few more would probably help with consistency (which may or may not be an issue for you).
It might not matter as much if you play vs other casual decks (you'll be less likely to be punished for running artifacts), but in Selesnya I feel like you don't want mana rocks, Green has access to some really good ramp effects, and they're often fairly affordable. For example, I think I'd switch out Arcane Signet for Rampant Growth, Commander Sphere for Kodama's Reach, Cluestone could go for Harrow (if people counter ramp spells I'd go with Roiling Regrowth instead), and Sol Ring could go for something like Wild Growth/Utopia Sprawl/Crop Rotation. If you go this route I would consider switching a few Plains for Forests, even if your deck ends up having a lot of White effects, Green ramp can find Plains for you.
When I try to build Casual decks, I still try to put removal in, but I try not to run stuff like Swords to Plowshares, and instead try to use less pushed options like Intrepid Hero, Avenger en-Dal, and Spurnmage Advocate. Each has it's own drawbacks, but the fact that you can't 'catch' (they aren't a 1 mana Instant) someone with these makes them fun in my experience. Spurnmage is a really powerful political card that can be helpful vs graveyard decks, and Avenger can technically gain you life if you have a big creature and just want the life, but it's also a deterrent. If you want a non-creature source of creature removal their is also Transmogrifying Wand, this is one of the best 'lower power' removal effects ever printed, it's good enough to make a big impact once resolved, but you need it to stick around to get full value over time. IMHO there's nothing wrong with running relatively little removal in a casual environment, but you'll probably win a few more games if you have some ways to slow down opponents that happened to draw well, so if that matters you might throw a few things in.
Not sure if you want actual jank, but Noble Purpose is an old favorite of mine that gains you tons of life if you're in combat, but most importantly it fully stacks with Lifelink.

Not sure if it's too weak, but when I was playing with only older cards I was surprisingly happy with what Orim, Samite Healer could do, preventing 3 damage can be enough to make combat way more complicated for your opponents. If you have creatures with First Strike and Banding somewhat often, you might like cards that do the opposite of Orim, the clunkiest I can think of is Elite Archers, if you have this out and some Banding First Strike creatures it might make combat scary enough to matter. White used to get a fair number of creatures like this. Sorry if this kind of stuff isn't up to your deck's standards!
I've always loved a good 'tap to really annoy your opponent' type cards, some of my general purpose favorites are Spurnmage Advocate, Pulsemage Advocate, Intrepid Hero, Devout Witness, and the huge pie break Preacher. I think WotC stopped making cards like this because they're incredibly annoying to play against rather than them being functionally bad, but it is true that they come out and do nothing for a cycle. Sorry they don't have Banding, but they can help you win more games.
Again, not sure if it's too weak, but I've rarely been disappointed by Noble Purpose, it even stacks with Lifelink sources if you've got any. Spare life turns slugfest type games that old cards often produce into gradual advantage for you.
Since you have some Vigilance sources, maybe Righteous Fury would do some work? Even weirder, what about a Meekstone? Most of your bodies are small, it's a lot like another Crackdown.
I feel like if you're going to run Glorious Anthem you might consider Soltari Champion, the other White Shadow I often sneak into decks is Soltari Visionary. They both do something quite useful, but Visionary is a bit more meta dependent, some groups avoid Enchantments. Technically Soltari Champion works better with a Meekstone than a normal Anthem will.

There is an odd white Enchantment called Noble Purpose, which gives all your creatures Not-Lifelink, which stacks with Lifelink. There is also Axis of Mortality, which you can use to give your strongest opponent the lowest life total, possibly weakening them enough so that you can finish them off. There is also Martyr's Bond, which works with any sort of sacrifice effects, including fetch lands that synergize well with Sun Titan. Very good with Matyr's Bond is World Queller, which will trigger Bond to double up the effect. I like it's ability to hit permanent types that you might not even have, but hitting a type that you have but don't care about is also nice, very useful vs Voltron decks with very few creatures. Finally, I like Dawnbreak Reclaimer in a deck that cares about creatures and wants a big flyer. These are all fairly high MV, so keep that in mind, but Dawnbreak can be very politically useful, especially if you play vs non-budget decks.
Fireshrieker might be good for Liesa, Double Strike is really good on her, if you can giver her +1 power for one swing she's a 2 hit kill with just Double Strike, and she's already got flying.
A bit random, but Orzhov might like Conqueror's Galleon Flip, which curves into Liesa and which Liesa can crew by herself. As long as a 2/10 can survive combat, you get ramp and some utility.
I would look at Tragic Arrogance over Kaya's Wrath, I always found that incredibly hard to cast, though I was Esper. Arrogance is a much bigger effect that is much harder on your opponents. There is also Promise of Loyalty if you are only worried about creatures, it not only gets rid of most, it prevents the survivors from coming after you.

Soltari Champion and Soltari Visionary are pretty solid Shadows to throw into an evasive deck, Thalakos Deceiver and Thalakos Dreamsower are both utility creatures that have Shadow, and Dauthi Voidwalker is unheard of value for BB. You might care enough about an unblockable pirate for Changeling Outcast to be interesting.
Strixhaven Stadium is pretty good if you expect to sneak in more often than opponents can hit you, synergizes well with stuff like War Tax or Propaganda/Ghostly Prison type stuff. You could even throw in a source of lifelink, Whip of Erebos is low to the ground, Noble Purpose stacks with Lifelink and True Conviction also doubles your power while offering lifelink. I find I love having lifelink on my evasives, as they tend to be smaller. Another payoff might be Grim Hireling, which can generate plenty of treasure, which can either help with your high levels of card draw or remove things if you're desperate. Even obvious Smothering Tithe is a pretty solid card in a deck with this much card draw built in, but it is annoying to play/play against.
Dowsing Dagger Flip and Sword of the Animist are good ramp with evasives.
Must be nice playing games with this much access to card advantage!

Avenger en-Dal and Settle the Wreckage don't 'kill', and only work vs attacknig creatures. Crawlspace can limit how many people can swing as you, and Fatespinner is a good way to make it much more costly to swing.
This reminds me a bit of my Tobias Andrion deck, though this is more into the 'figurehead of the nation's freedom' part of his flavor, mine is more of a guerilla warfare expert feel, lots of ways to punish opponents, and very tedious to actually fight against. He looks weak, but if you've got a Noble Purpose on your side, how can you lose?

On one hand. This is what magic was meant to be. I havent played a few of these cards since i first put a deck together. Crusade. won't even show the image.. That is a discussion for another time...
Suggested additions
Loyal Warhound ramp in white
Skullclamp card draw
Sun Titan recursion
Abzan Falconer can give mass evasion
Some amount of board wipes my favorites atm are Tragic Arrogance Martial Coup Vanquish the Horde Ondu Inversion Flip .
Cathars' Crusade it wins games. You may want to not use this so you focus on lifegain but this cards does work
Crested Sunmare lifegain payoff
Crovax, Ascendant Hero Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite
Soul of Eternity Celestial Mantle Axis of Mortalitykinda slow for my meta but might work for you.
Dawn of Hope card draw and can make tokens
Alseid of Life's Bounty protection w/ lifelink
Well of Lost Dreams card draw
Shattered Angel Angel of Vitality to keep with the angels if u want
Palace Jailer monarch is card draw also fun. and removal
Ajani's Pridemate lifegian payoff. its gets huge here because each attacking creature has its own trigger to grow the pridemate. i think 1 or 2 cards make essentially copies of this card. they might be worth looking for
Blind Obedience staxy and lifegain
Moon-Blessed Cleric you run a lot of enchantments your enchantress sub theme can be supported with this
Akroma's Will protection/ finisher
Noble Purpose unnoticed lifegain card that would be good here maybe
Lunarch Veteran Flip Soul Warden Soul's Attendant Daxos, Blessed by the Sun Suture Priestlifegain dorks
Katilda, Dawnhart Martyr Flip lifegain with enchantment payoff as well
now how do u win? atm you focus on going wide with weenies but have a focus on gaining life. Possible ideas Aetherflux Reservoir Archangel of Thune Felidar Sovereign Serra Avatar Starfield of Nyx Nykthos Paragon True Conviction
this is just some ranting. Its up to you how you want to build your deck! Other areas you should look at it your mana base (use tech lands you have almost all basics), ramp to your bigger stuff and card draw in general.

Kazierts for life gain i like Noble Purpose, because it's a good universal life gain card that I already own, and I threw Glass-Cast Heart in there for the cheap tokens and life gain/loss. My idea would be to keep one Regal Bloodlord cut the other, cut Restless Bloodseeker Flip Glass-Cast Heart and Defiant Bloodlord for 2 of Vito and 2 blight-preist
Kazierts on

I was actually going to suggest you to run both. Vito is an amazing card, but it's legendary, so you really don't want to draw multiples of it. You could probably cut Noble Purpose and Glass-Cast Heart for two copies of Vito.
