The #3 Jeleva deck on TappedOut!

 

This deck has gone through many changes. It started out extremely budget, but I wanted to make a multiplayer spellslinger so I turned it into:

deck-large: turn-turn-turn-narset-budget-creatureless

Now I am bringing it back to the 1v1 basics. Jeleva loves dropping big spells on her opponents. Once she has done all the damage she can, she finds a way to die so she can come back with even more firepower.

In my ongoing endeavor to bring frugality to Commander, each card in this deck is under $2 and the whole deck is under $40. Just make sure all suggested cards are under $2.

The Strategy

Step 1 = Play Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge as soon as possible, preferably with haste

Step 2 = Smack your opponent with a couple massive spells

Step 3 = Bounce or destroy Jeleva and start all over

The Win Cons

1) Direct damage spells

2) Using opponent's creatures and spells

3) Commander damage with Runechanter's Pike
