Welcome to the club, Amazonian_Girl!
My first thought on seeing this deck is that you have too many lands. With half your deck as lands, and no particular land-centric mechanics, this deck is going to mana flood pretty often. I would cut and replace 10-12 lands and see how that feels.
Parnesse, the Subtle Brush's second ability is going almost entirely unused. Cards like Meletis Charlatan and Double Vision can help you distribute spell copies, if you want to got that direction. Parnesse's biggest strength is her ability to direct opponents' attention away from you and towards each other, while giving them the means to fight each other. If you're mostly using your commander for protection, maybe consider a different commander, like Crosis, the Purger.
Akki Battle Squad is also pretty soft, with fewer than ten equipments, auras, and ways to grant counters.
Because of the symbol in the text box, Coastline Chimera can't be used with this commander. Color identity for Commander looks at all mana symbols in the casting cost and text box.
I see a couple of subthemes of Vampires/Blood tokens and sacrifice effects. If you enjoy those, try leaning harder into them.
Expanding on that, my biggest suggestion for this deck is to pick a theme and focus hard on it. Do you want to create and direct conflict between your opponents while keeping yourself safe? Do you want to sacrifice your own creatures and resources for bigger and better things? Do you want to go in with a crafty, manipulative Vampire army? All of these are viable strategies. If you want to, it's even possible to make a usable art/painting theme deck. Pick a central concept and look for cards that support, supplement, or reinforce that concept.
Building from a smaller collection can be tough. The trick is to find card synergies and effects that work well together, and get as much mileage as you can out of those. The Commander preconstructed decks, while fairly weak, usually have a good number of general-use "staple" cards like Sol Ring that can help any deck in the right colors.
Above all, have fun!

I appreciate your suggestions jordanalessi this is my personal thoughts about the cards.
Meletis Charlatan is good for the general combo part of the deck. I however feel its slightly to expensive in mana cost, general overall usefullness outisde the combo. When your not comboing its a dead card.
Echo Mage Has a similar problem in being to expensive, being pretty bad outside the combo.
Muddle the Mixture I would 100% play this if budget wasnt the aim. Muddle the mixture is both used in searching combos and countering instants, sorceries. It thereby makes sure its never a dead card. Sadly its to expensive for this budget.
Dizzy Spell Im unsure how good this card would be in the deck. Its base spell is really bad in only being able to negate damage. However it can search for powerful 1 mana cost cards like Sol Ring, High Tide and Abjure. It needs to be tested a-bit to see how it does. I wont make any conclusions if its good for the deck.

Meletis Charlatan & Echo Mage are budget wizards that can each go inf w dramatic reversal too. I would consider adding those. Also, I think it needs Muddle the Mixture and/or Dizzy Spell to tutor for dramatic reversal / high tide.

Love this deck! Beautiful blinging. Actually, apropos of blinging: foil Ancient Tomb is never going to be cheaper, it's only like $10 (US) more than a regular one atm.
Actual card-wise, I might consider cutting Nyx Lotus for an Arcane Signet --the Lotus can be explosive late game but Arcane brings things out early and continues to produce value throughout the game.
Stroke of Genius is very handy for drawing a million cards when you've been holding up mana for other plans that fall through, or for countermagic without relevant targets. Would consider.
Archivist is a very funny card... but I would suggest cutting it for Enclave Cryptologist .
Beguiler of Wills is, um, pretty good but also kinda bad imo. Would you consider adding Meletis Charlatan in it's stead?
Again, love the deck. Keep it up and good luck continuing to foil it ;3

TallKanz211 you should include Pemmin's Aura good to have redundancy for Freed from the Real and it has the extra protection included. Also, I like running Meletis Charlatan to be another outlet to have another option to combo off with Dramatic Reversal

Yes, that works. Here's how it breaks down step by step:
- You cast Dramatic Reversal
- In response, you activate 4 Sky Diamonds and use 3 of the mana to activate Meletis Charlatan targeting Dramatic Reversal. You still have in your mana pool
- Meletis Charlatan's ability resolves, creating a copy of Dramatic Reversal on top of the stack
- The copy of Dramatic Reversal resolves, untapping Meletis Charlatan and the Sky Diamonds
- Instead of letting the original Dramatic Reversal resolve, respond by activating 4 Sky Diamonds and using 3 of the mana to activate Meletis Charlatan targeting Dramatic Reversal. You now have in your mana pool
- Keep it rolling
One more thing: the rules of the game don't allow for "infinity". You have to choose a specific number of times to loop the combo. Just pick your favorite big number.

Meletis Charlatan + Dramatic Reversal + Sky Diamond + Sky Diamond + Sky Diamond + Sky Diamond + Stonecoil Serpent
Copy the Dramatic Reversal with Meletis Charlatan by paying for it with your three Sky Diamonds and tapping the other Sky Diamond to add one extra, then as a result they all untap so you can repeat the process and play Stonecoil Serpent as a infinity/infinity creature. How does this work if it even does work?
