My personal chulane list, edited to be more combo-focused and closer to CEDH. Still on a budget, with cards preferred to cost <3$ unless I happen to already own them.

The main combos of this list involve Shrieking Drake , Whitemane Lion , Intruder Alarm , Mana Breach , and Village Bell-Ringer . Info on these combos can be found in the primer I used to assist me in building this deck, found at this link https://www.moxfield.com/decks/5pYP-HNgsUyl2NfZSBXkFg .

Other notes can be made about my specific card choices, which are informed by playing a Chulane storm list in Brawl pre-rotation. Beast Whisperer , Guardian Project , Beck / Call are value pieces to draw more cards and be able to go off faster. This helps make up for my lower tutor density due to budget constraints. Protection pieces like Selfless Savior , and Benevolent Bodyguard help to shore up my lack of free counterspells, and keep Chulane on board more easily.

Aside from that, given knowledge of the primer, the remainder of the deck is fairly self-explanatory.
