Goretast This was my Roon of the Hidden Realm deck until Chulane got spoiled and well So Long Roon!!! We'll see you some other time. Once i procure a Glimpse of Nature it's immediately slotting in for Beck / Call . Shrieking Drake , Whitemane Lion , and Dream Stalker may eventually find themselves a slot in the deck just not currently.

Since I'm the only one who even gives a care here anymore, I guess I could sum up the 4 Color Guild Alliances.

First: Azorius Senate : They have an Alliance with the Orzhov Syndicate via Bond of Discipline , and are somewhat like allies with the Simic Combine via Beck / Call . In these terms, they would be like The Witch-Maw, Atraxa, & the identities' 4 Color Personality Traits.

Second: Orzhov Syndicate : They have an Alliance w/ the Azorius Senate via Bond of Discipline , and are somewhat like allies with the Selesnya Conclave via Ready / Willing . In these terms, they would be like The Witch-Maw, Atraxa, & the identities' 4 Color Personality Traits.

Third: House of Dimir : They have an Alliance w/ the Izzet League via Bond of Insight , and are somewhat like allies with the Cult of Rakdos via Breaking / Entering . In these terms, they would be like The Yore-Tiller, Breya, & the identities' 4 Color Personality Traits.

Fourth: Izzet League : They have an Alliance w/ the House of Dimir via Bond of Insight , and are somewhat like allies with the Boros League via Catch / Release . In these Terms, they would be like The Yore-Tiller, Breya, & the identities' 4 Color Personality Traits.

I'll decide the identities later, But I'll say this:

All Witch-Maw Results ended w/ the same result: Bond of Discipline & Bond of Flourishing every time. The only Ink-Treader result had Bond of Passion , & Izzet League . & the only Dune-Brood result had Bond of Passion also, but also had Golgari Swarm .

I'll decide this later. I just wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions for terms for 2 Color Identity Personality Traits of One Word each, but 5 of them. At this point, I'm only doing personality traits for Non Artifact-Related anything & even won't count Planeswalkers. Just Eldrazi & Colored Eldrazi w/ Devoid (I'm trying to find a term for "Not having Compatibility with Reality", as well as "Existing outside our understanding of our World."). Based on what legendofa said for the Four-Colors, can you think of 5 terms for this? Any 3 Colors? The Dual Colors are a mess. & is there such a thing as 5 Personality Traits? I'd really like to see 5 for all of them; Mono Color did that in spades; so since such a person might have been asked too much, Why not you, Boza? Haven't heard from you in awhile, any opinions on this? Oh, & one last thing; All qualities need to be different for each of the 5 Traits. I hope this isn't too much, guys. I'm believing I pushed one of us too far. My bad. X/

For the record, Expansion / Explosion would not work with Isochron Scepter because of the rules change a little bit ago that changed split cards' cmc to be equal to the sum of both halves. (rip Brain in a Jar / Beck / Call deck)

It's definitely worth including some amount of Silence / Holy Day / Angel's Grace to potentially lock out all combat damage or spells the opponent would want to play (barring any topdecked instants). Also, this deck should play less like burn and more like midrange imo since you can make a lot of value with Isochron Scepter every turn. So cards that are more focused around stalling would make better use of Scepter than just copying a burn spell and playing like a bad burn deck. Some other cards that might be nice: Justice Strike , Path, Muddle the Mixture

Gadianten on Bird Tribal Attempt with +1/+1 counters

I love tribal decks and I have only seen a couple of bird decks but not any that build around counters and with the built in evasion that seems a pretty viable way to run them; I think a few of the picks are sub optimal so I compiled a some bird choices that might be interesting depending on how your meta is built. I also think you could stand to some more card draw to help fuel the tribal beat down, all in all I think this looks fun and I will enjoy seeing it evolve as you tweak it over time. +1

Cheap useful birds: Baleful Strix , Judge's Familiar , River Hoopoe , Sage Owl , Spire Owl , Stormscape Familiar , Thrummingbird

Interesting and useful birds: Aven Sunstriker , Wingmate Roc , Kathari Remnant , Lieutenant Kirtar , Nimble Obstructionist

Birds matter: Kangee, Aerie Keeper , Keeper of the Nine Gales , Crookclaw Elder

Tribal stuff: Door of Destinies

Non creature draw: Guardian Project , Greater Good

Fun stuff: Battle Screech , Beck / Call

You could just play a regular elf ball with Heritage Druid and Nettle Sentinel combined with Lead the Stampede / Collected Company / Beck / Call . You build up a ton of power just by playing elves, which draws more elves, and then plays more elves.

Eventually, you have enough of a board state to Craterhoof Behemoth for the win, if you don't just kill them out-right with your army.

I understood that the zombies wouldn't be hard cast, I should probably have used Bow of Nylea in my example rather than a creature as my intention was to reduce the costs of your enchantments and it would also work for Door of Destinies. Have you tried the Beck part of Beck / Call or Commune with the Gods, they might help you find what your looking for quicker...

I like this concept enough that I started messing around with it Storm Door - Concept, I still couldn't see a way to easily get it down to 60 cards though...

Wat. I JUST made sure that all the split cards are templated properly. Order // Chaos, Order, Chaos, Beck // Call, Beck, Call.

So that will take a while, I can't delete incorrectly added cards that were put in because people don't know how a database works ...

So here's what you have to do Piogre, is put them in without the brackets (as brackets are removed from the slug) and make sure to remove the brackets for each time you edit the deck as the deck editor will input them in itself.

Firstly, I love the approach of the deck. Dovescape makes for the ultimate lock-down, so let's focus on that as your win-con and revolve the deck around it.

Don't be afraid to include non-creature spells because of this, remember, that your non-creature spells are just going to turn into doves late-game anyways; use this to your advantage.
