Budget Breya

Built to be a budget build of Breya Ad naus.

With a budget build we drop most of the expensive lands. This makes the Worldgorger Dragon combo harder to do, since that needs real dual lands and fetches. In its place we use the Dramatic Reversal - Isochron Scepter combo, and add a few rocks to make that more effective. We still use Laboratory Maniac and Doomsday because the doomsday lines mostly use Frantic Search, Gitaxian Probe and Brainstorm. We still have a singleton manabase to support the Laboratory Maniac - Tainted Pact combo, and we've added Demonic Consultation to give that line some redundancy. We keep Ad Nauseam, of course, but add Angel's Grace to go with it. Notion Thief is still here, but we use Whispering Madness instead of Wheel of Fortune.

All this makes the deck a turn and a half slower, so it's a strong idea to lean on some powerful cards like Aven Mindcensor and Rhystic Study, which at 3 CMC, are some of the best effects in the format, although they can be a little too slow for decks trying to win on turn 3.
