Yuriko turn and burn deck - Looking for suggestions on how to upgrade the deck within a $30 budget.

A note the deck - they are what I currently own and any upgrades need to come in at $30 or less. Cards I currently own that I have considered for the deck are in the maybe-board.

Certain cards in the list are more meta-specific. Snapcaster, Unearth, because mill is a thing in my meta.

Unlimited budget upgrade: Show

Creatures: Skullsnatcher (can't find any stock)

Tutors: Vampiric Tutor, Diabolic Intent - replacing 2 of merchant scroll / diabolic tutor / scheming symmetry

Disruption: Dismember, Submerge, Drown in the Loch, Spell Snare. Not sure what I'd take out.
