Experimental. Help??

I've designed it as a control deck to compete against my brother's R/G monsters deck. I've already playtested it, but it still needs some work. It's good at slowing down the other deck, but I don't always get the creatures when I need them. I like scrying, drawing, and having cards that give multiple options. Mission Briefing is very versatile in this deck. I've made a few changes as recommended. Any advice is appreciated!

Budget is about $150.
