Seems like you could use a Contingency Plan to Index the top of the library.

Other cards that let you manipulate the top of the deck are: Sage of Epityr, Mystic Speculation, Sage Owl, Augury Owl, Taigam's Scheming, Second Sight and Halimar Depths <- too slow?

With all the Top Library manipulation maybe you should add some of the miracle spells for control Devastation Tide, Temporal Mastery Terminus until you are able to manifest, flicker, wait a turn for summoning sickness and then get to attack.

Here is a question...What do you have to draw a card on your opponents turn, when it really matters, besides Geier reach sanitarium, and cryptic command. The amazing thing about terminus/top was that it could be used in response to an alpha strike, or lethal on board. After heavy playtesting, and tossing in ransack effects, like Taigam's Scheming and Second Sight I've come to the conclusion that this is the thing our deck is missing. We're lacking draw on their turn
