Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis is one of the more flexiable options to build around out of the Commander 2016 set, and because of this it's one of the harder decks to build around because it doesn't offer you much in terms of guidence on how best to utilize it's "group hug" like effect. Atraxa, Braya, Yidris, and Saskia all can be built in many different ways, but they do help paint a rough outline of what each of the commanders wants to do. The honest truth is Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis is the weakest of the above choices but that didn't stop me from building a fun "group hug/prison" strategy that puts more of a focus on speeding up the process our opponents kill eachother while protecting ourselves from our opponents. While I am going to admit here this deck is far from being top tier power it isn't budget either. If you want a more unique commander deck I don't see Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis becoming a common commander in the competitive scene but if you want a fun goofy deck that insures a little chaos I recommend you deck out my deck list; hope you enjoy the read.
Politics has always played a major role in commander, and this deck is designed to appear as unassuming and non threatening in the early turns opting to set up for later turns. Kodama's Reach, Shard Convergence, Burnished Hart and Skyshroud Claim are all powerful land fetch spells with both the convergence and claim being able to grab dual lands. Sylvan Caryatid and Birds of Paradise are great early game dorks that can help cast the above spells faster which should be your primary early turn goal. . . mana fix!

This Deck does focus a lot on enchanments so early cards like Greater Auramancy, Soul Snare, Ghostly Prison, and Propaganda are great early game ditterences that will help keep opponents focused on each other rather than you. Dicate of Kruphix, Howling Mine also do wonders as a political cards giving everyone a little bit of card draw but be careful as being too generous with our opponents can come back to bite you later.

As you enter into the middle turns hopefully you will be well protected with your Sphere of Safety and Privileged Position. With everyone accelerated expect bomb cards to start to hit the board faster than normal. If things start to get out of hand don't be afraid to wipe the board or spot remove anything that comes after you. These actions can draw hate from other players so buy them off with enchantments like Oath of Druids, Minds Aglow, and Rites of Flourishing. With everything place we can now help our enemies kill each other faster with Overabundance, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, and Dictate of the Twin Gods. These cards will really speed up the death of everyone on the table so don't be afraid to sit show some restraint save your mana for responses like Comeuppance. Finally a little chaos can always help speed things up with Possibility Storm is just plain silly and can completely ruin opponents plans, denying your opponents the ability to form any cohierent strategies and instead turning everything into a game of chance.
There are still several cards that I want to add into this deck but in the meantime it works semi-decent and is very goofy and will make everyone on your table laugh and smile until the very end of the game. Thanks for reading
