Brief Deck Explanation

Our main plan is to cast Eldritch Evolution or Polymorph sacrificing/targeting Tasigur, finding Tidespout Tyrant , we also run a Paradox Engine + Isochron Scepter shell.

Changes To Make

Botanical Sanctum -> Verdant Catacombs

Maybe shift the colored cycling lands for two of the the 2 colorless cycling + Fetid Pools , allowing us to go off with any of these + Mox Diamond + Life from the Loam when the Tidespout Tyrant plan is on. It's not full win, but we'll get 5 to 7 Tasigur activations, until dredging is not possible. This should get us somewhere, but usually don't. That's why I'm still thinking.

Winning : Infinite Mana

The procedure to win is simple, first we need infinite mana, and there are 3 ways to do it:

Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + Mana Rocks

Isochron Scepter + Paradox Engine + Any Instant with CMC lesser or equal to 2 and valid targets + Mana Rocks

Tidespout Tyrant + Net-Positive CMC artifacts, such as Sol Ring + Tormod's Crypt , or Mana Crypt + Sensei's Divining Top . Mana Crypt + Fellwar Stone makes infinite colored mana directly, but, for any of the other examples, you may filter the colorless with signets.

You can also draw your entire deck with Sensei's Divining Top + Voltaic Key + Paradox Engine but that is just another way to get to infinite mana and actually win with the forms given bellow.

Winning: After infinite mana

The Deck wins through milling everyone off with Winds of Rebuke targeting anything, even Tasigur, with Tormod's Crypt backup just in case. And also Praetor's Grasp cast infinite times.

I quite like the deck and I'm still improving it, both at the card level and at my playing skills with it. Single card discussion: When the deck is finished and I feel comfortable enough for posting it, I will surely do.
