I've decided to make my Karador deck more creature heavy so I'm not controlling my playgroup too oppressively.

So the theme like many Karador decks is combo reanimation. I've decided against using Mike'n'Trike and some other 2 card combos. The combo pieces are the usual:

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter = kill all opponents creatures. Accomplished by Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter sacrificing himself and coming back with undying then removing the counter to give a creature -1/-1 and repeating. Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Woodfall Primus + sac outlet = destroy all noncreature permanents (lands, artifacts, enchantments, planeswalkers)

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Puppeteer Clique + sac outlet = steal all creatures from opponents graveyard, is even better with Altar of Dementia as the sac outlet.

Karmic Guide + Reveillark + sac outlet = abuse any ETB effect with power 2 or less. We're looking at things like Wood Elves, Elvish Visionary, Solemn Simulacrum, Eternal Witness and Acidic Slime.

Karmic Guide + Reveillark + Saffi Eriksdotter + sac outlet = abuse any creature in our graveyard with good ETB/LTB effects like Woodfall Primus, Kokusho, the Evening Star, Yosei, the Morning Star, Hallowed Spiritkeeper, Angel of Despair, Archon of Justice and Ashen Rider

Altar of Dementia + Karmic Guide + Reveillark = mill everyone.

Blasting Station + Karmic Guide + Reveillark = kill everyone.

Fiend Hunter/Saffi Eriksdotter + Sun Titan/Karmic Guide + Altar of Dementia/Blasting Station = mill/kill everyone.
