A few ideas. Painful Truths is extremely efficient in tricolor for draw. I'd really look at Phyrexian Arena and Underworld Connections too for more consistent draw. I don't think the Pariah is all that great as you sac three to get them to sack three. They can kill it in response to the flip and now you're down 4 creatures for their 1 card. Many other vampires exist and I think could find much better in its slot. Elenda, the Dusk Rose, Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter, and Vona, Butcher of Magan are a few I'd strongly consider. Then if you run that many legendary vampires Hero's Blade looks really good especially sine markhov has haste. Just some ideas to take the edits a bit further.

Thanks for the comment! Let me address some of your points that you made.
I totally agree with the lands. I just picked up some of the better ones like Tainted Field and Unclaimed Territory last week. I am not into dumping just tons of money at one time into the deck so it may just take me a while to get those.
As for the ramp, I have gone back and forth on this point a few times. I used to run 3ish mana rocks but over time I have really drastically reduced the mana curve on the deck to become a really fast aggro deck. I get that some decks try to get out their general as fast as possible, but Edgar for me is more of a secondary win condition, maybe dropping later to pump an already flooded field. The playgroup I play with has a good amount of field wipes so rushing Edgar into a large field is risky of an early field wipe so I tend to wait and use him when I can really get good effect out of him. Depending on how this new version, ~1 week old, runs in the coming weeks I may swap out to more ramp/mana rocks.
Thirdly, Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter is definitely a great card and I had him in my last version. I took him out just for a little experiment to reduce the mana curve even further but hes quite possibly coming back. Necropolis Regent is great too. I just need to pick one up as I don't have one right now and will try to fit her in there at some point. You might have missed it but I do already have Olivia Voldaren in there, shes great! Anointed Procession is such a broken card I love it, Just haven't bit the bullet yet and bought one.
Thanks again for the suggestions and I have for sure thought about some of these over time. I am just going to have to play this deck a few times to figure out if it needs some changes. I reduced most of the tribal passive lifegain life loss, such as Blood Artist but that sounds fun to play in something like Licia, Sanguine Tribune!

I noticed your deck was featured on the front page and I have a few card suggestions I wanted to send your way! Instead of running lands that give you one life when they enter, but enter tapped, have you considered running Temples? Temple of Silence, Temple of Triumph, and Temple of Malice may enter tapped, but they allow you to scry when they enter the battlefield, which is much more useful than gaining you one life. If you were running a commander like Karlov of the Ghost Council those lands would definitely have their benefits, or if you were running Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond they would be justifiable as well, but in this instance I don't see a benefit to them.
Secondly, your deck's only source of ramp is Sol Ring, which means you will most likely have to wait until turn 6 to play your commander,and will also likely be casting a single spell per turn. Cards like Commander's Sphere, Chromatic Lantern, and the 3 Signets in your colors would be a few ways to help you cast more spells per turn. Herald's Horn is a card that you already run in the deck, but cards similar to it like Cloud Key, Urza's Incubator, and The Immortal Sun could help you lessen the cost of your spells and cast more of them per turn.
Finally, there are a few creatures I would highly recommend adding to the deck in order to close out games. Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter would work very well in your deck, since you could sacrifice a lot of creature tokens to him in order to make him large enough to one shot an opponent, plus he combos very well with Elenda, the Dusk Rose since every creature you sac will give Elenda a counter, and if you end up saccing her as well you'll get back the same amount of creatures you sacrificed, effectively giving you twice the value per creature. Necropolis Regent is another great addition to the deck due to the fact that it will put even more +1/+1 counters on your creatures when they deal damage, effectively doubling their power and toughness whenever they hit a creature or an opponent. Another great addition the deck would be Olivia Voldaren, since she's an effective way to ping away at your opponent's smaller creatures so they cannot be used to block, plus whenever you ping a creature with her ability, she gets stronger. Olivia's ability to take an opposing Vampire is quite useful as well, since you could potentially ping your opponent's commander and then take it from them at a later point, or you could easily take your opponent's creatures if they're also running vampires. Although not a creature, Anointed Procession would also greatly benefit your deck since doubling the amount of tokens you produce will help you close out games much faster.
I hope these suggestion are of some use to you, I run a Mardu vampire deck as well I've yet to add to my account (it's a Licia, Sanguine Tribune tribal vampires deck themed around lifegain) so it's always nice to see people running similar archetypes!

Thanks for the output. Yeah I consider putting some Sorin's planeswalkers (Sorin, Solemn Visitor and/or Sorin Markov) down the road. But for now, I enjoy the hell out of Chandra, Torch of Defiance. hehe
Indeed Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter could be a good add to the deck. But what I like about Licia, Sanguine Tribune is that she's a tough lady who hit first and hard and can get better by herself. But I might be able to find a slot for Vish Kal. Sadly, we can't put every good cards in a single deck.

Looking good. Have you considered any of the Sorin planeswalkers?
Also is Licia good? I figured she'd be a good commander, but that Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter could do the same with the tokens Edgar makes. Plus he flies and can be removal. But maybe I'm wrong. Either way, looking great! =)

Looks good. Some suggestions for cuts: Warmth is kind of weak and can be replaced with Elenda, the Dusk Rose (when you get her), Dega Sanctuary can be replaced with Vampire Nocturnus, Arguel's Blood Fast can be replaced with Greed or even Erebos, God of the Dead. Or take the Necropotence from Rakdos and put it in here, it's better here anyways. You could replace In Garruk's Wake with Dusk, it does double duty here, giving you back a bunch of your creatures when you flash it back. If you don't like Dusk, then Kindred Dominance would work in the overcosted wipe slot too.
As for creatures, Annoited Deacon should probably come out, as well as Exulted Skymarcher, Paladin of the Bloodstained, Sadistic Skymarcher and Skymarcher Aspirant. Options to go in include Stromkirk Condemned, Bishop of Binding, Bloodline Keeper Flip, Dusk Legion Zealot, Twilight Prophet, Indulgent Aristocrat, Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet, Mephidross Vampire, Necropolis Regent, Patron of the Vein, Shauku, Endbringer (less important than maybe other creatures), Soul Collector for giggles, Thief of Blood, Viscera Seer, Vampire Hexmage or Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter.

Hmm. Maybe something like Anointed Procession? that would give you double tokens. You could also use Strionic Resonator though if you only have a few triggered abilities it wont do much. Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter lets you sacrifice your commander on your own terms which is dope.
