This deck uses Flash to find combo pieces through Protean Hulk, Academy Rector, and Arena Rector. End game is an Isochron Scepter with a Dramatic Reversal exiled and The Chain Veil. This gives you infinite Mana and non-land permanent untap triggers to activate planeswalkers as many times as you want as long as you have Mana rocks that provide 3 or more Mana. Advice is very appreciated.
