Divergent Transformations into Razaketh and Academy Rector . Sac the Rector to Razaketh; Rector trigger will find Omniscience, and Razaketh will find Enter the Infinite . To go off at instant speed, you can sac to find Quicken . Quicken ETI, then cast Mission Briefing on Quicken . With Quicken on the stack, Twincast or Expansion / Explosion it. Let the first Quicken resolve (drawing the card you put back with Enter the Infinite ) and cast Approach of the Second Sun . Then let the second Quicken resolve, drawing Approach of the Second Sun . Cast it again and win.

Now we can cast Approach of the Second Sun , then cast Narset's Reversal on it. The copy won't do much, but since Approach is back in our hand we can cast it for the second time. We still need to double Quicken if we want to win at instant speed, though, which might get awkward with the cantrip effect on Quicken .

Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal as a backup wincon.

Narset's Reversal will replace Twincast .

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and Triskelion could replace Academy Rector and Razaketh, the Foulblooded ; they need fewer extra cards to win, but they're completely dead on their own.
