Hello. This Commander is crazy. You can build it in so many ways! Mill, Self-Mill, Clones, Token Army, Steal Everything, Landfall among many others! :)

I tried to build a somewhat unfocused deck, with a few different possible wincons. Main idea is to clone a bunch of lands/artifacts first then dish out big spells to overwhelm the board. I think Orvar is somewhat fragile as I don't have many protections and counters. Also I tried to avoid infinite combos (I know, Archaeomancer , Cloudpost such is in there but still :D Took Palinchron out. )

Ramp: Clone Lands/Artifacts, Untap Lands. Cloudpost , Double-Mana Lands. On the ramp part maybe more stones should be included. "Wincons": Aetherflux Reservoir , Steal: Agent of Treachery , Keiga, the Tide Star , Corrupted Conscience (took Roil Elemental out as it feels pretty fragile. During the tests I rarely pulled it but Corrupted Conscience is more consistent I guess), Mind's Dilation , Bounce: Tidespout Tyrant .

Multifunctional Target Spells:
- Removal: Curse of the Swine exile own creature to make an ETB copy, Aether Gale return 1 own nonland permanent, Run Away Together , Essence Capture .
- Clockspinning , place 1/1 with Teferi's Time Twist & Essence Capture . A bunch of cards also produce counters so Clockspinning could be effective: Blast Zone , Kiora Bests the Sea God , The Mirari Conjecture , Quicksilver Fountain , Glen Elendra Archmage . Though as I have read, you can target other permanents as well, it just won't do anything besides Orvars copy effect.
- Reusable targeting spells: Clockspinning , Whim of Volrath , Mind Games .
- Energy Tap . Mana + clone.

Good things to clone:
- Ramp: Well, any land. Cloudpost & Powerstone Shard , for a bunch of mana. Great Whale , Peregrine Drake , Treachery to untap lands.
- Steal: Keiga, the Tide Star , this is kinda stupid but I want to try it once. :D At first I had the new Sakashima to counteract the legendary rule. Maybe I will sneak it back somehow. Perplexing Chimera how fun it would be to have 3 Perplexing Chimeras ready to switch them for anything? :)
- Removal: Thing in the Ice  , Aetherflux Reservoir to fasten up player removal a little?

Considering:
Sakashima of a Thousand Faces
Essence Flux , can protect Orvar
Glamerdye , reusable targeting spell.
Torrential Gearhulk , good target, can produce multiple large bodies.

Things taken out: Palinchron --- Just infinite mana.
Cackling Counterpart --- Is cool but can rarely copy my own creatures.
Trail of Evidence --- Seems too mana hungry and not wort copying.
