Firstly, this deck is more suited for multiplayer games. Swapping sweepers for cheaper, single target removal makes it better for 1v1.

Strategy: Setting up mass destruction & wreak havoc (because that's what RB is all about).

Setting up

Start out as a control deck. Put out pingers (Lobber Crew, Goblin Fireslinger, etc.) and just poke. Use your draw & tutor spells as early as you can.

Recommended tutors: Anger, Hammer of Purphoros, Vedalken Orrery, Conduit of Ruin, or anything else that will be useful for your situation. Personally, I recommend Anger. Have some sort of protection for your commander (Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots). Don't cast Rakdos, Lord of Riots too early or he'll eat a removal spell or a sweeper.

Going on the offensive

After someone has sweeped the board is usually the best time to pressure your opponents. Get your damage in to cast the commander and start swinging. By this point its likely you'll have fat creatures (Ulamog, Kozilek, etc.) in your hand you can start laying out which usually devour your opponents.

All Is Dust is perfect once you establish a colorless board state.

Rakdos's Return the control player to shut them down.

Bonfire of the Damned for the aggro player.

Save Dreadbore and Hero's Downfall for planeswalkers.

Fun Combos

Goblin Sharpshooter or Deathbringer Thoctar AND Basilisk Collar or Quietus Spike = Hilarious board wrath. Not as funny with Rakdos Ickspitter.

It That Betrays and All Is Dust. You steal the board!
