Ramp out to get Sisay out as fast as possible and begin generating your combo (see below) or cheat in some cards that stop your opponents from winning likeAnafenza, the Foremost/Kambal, Consul of Allocation/Linvala, Keeper of Silence/etc. We run high value, cheap creatures and planeswalkers so that the deck still runs cleanly without sisay activations. The deck is not meant to be for cEDH but is still competitive.
Game-winning Combo:
Aminatou, the Fateshifter + Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God + Oath of Teferi

-1 on Aminatou to flicker Nicol Bolas then Nicol Bolas can flicker Aminatou to get infinite activations from either planeswalker due to the extra activation from Oath of Teferi. You can flicker lands to generate infinite mana, useWrenn and Sixto ping your opponents down orAshiok, Dream Renderto exile all opponent's libraries.

Combo to get your pieces:
Orochi Leafcaller+Gaea's Cradle+ 5 creatures -or- Treacherywith WUBRG lands

Orochi is used to filter your Cradle mana into any color to activate Sisay, -and- Treachery untaps your lands when flickered. First grab Aminatou, -1 to flicker Cradle/Treachery, activate Sisay again to grab Nicol Bolas, have Nicol Bolas flicker Aminatou, Aminatou flickers Cradle/Treachery, Sisay grabsOath of Teferi, and then you start the above combo.

1 mana

Ideally you do not want to be spending 5 mana to grab a 1 drop card, but this does happen quite often in longer games. Our deck has only two options:

  • Rhys the Redeemed- My first pick if we are doing well on mana. This is the only 2-colored 1 drop, which buffs sisay +2/2 for a better grab next turn.

  • Oath of Nissa- Also a great pick to some card advantage and helps fix mana.
  • 2 mana

Again, there isn't much flexibility with our 2-mana cost spells because grabbing Rhys normally puts us into the 3 mana cost spells. However, we do have some great picks that can let us disrupt our opponents early.

  • Wrenn and Six- A very strong planeswalker that can help ping down targets or to get us a fetch land that's in the graveyard. Also can ping everyone down if we assemble our combo.

  • Lavinia, Azorius Renegade- Stax effect that is normally my first pick if my opponents have a bit of control.

  • Oath of Chandra- Useful for hitting a target for 3 damage and is normally just grabbed for spot removal..

  • At 3 mana is where you need to be reactive to the board because we have many choices. I will go through each card in order from my most to least favorite and explain situations in which I would pick them. Your picks will be meta-dependent.
