Intro

Go wide as fast as possible with low cost vampire weenies that swarm the battlefield. Edgar Markov rewards this aggression with even more vampires. He has a few tricks up his sleeve to survive board wipes, keep up the pressure, and close out games fast.

3. Play finishers like Eldrazi Monument , Malakir Bloodwitch , Bolas's Citadel and Edgar Markov .

How to survive

Boros Charm , Flawless Maneuver , Unbreakable Formation , Akroma's Will , and Eldrazi Monument protect your vampires from board wipes. Patriarch's Bidding can bring them all back from the graveyard.

Draw spells like Skullclamp , Asylum Visitor , Night's Whisper , Phyrexian Arena , Painful Truths , Ambition's Cost , Ancient Craving , Twilight Prophet , Champion of Dusk , Vanquisher's Banner , and Bolas's Citadel keep the blood flowing and can help recover after mass removal along with Elenda, the Dusk Rose .
