Bold Impaler

After some thought I think I will have to cut Scapegoat and Wheel of Fortune.

I was hesitant to include wheel initially because in multiplayer it gives card advantage to the opponents but justified it because it helped me pile on the tempo advantage. However, I was not nearly as worried as I am now about wraths and hate, and wheel has a high chance of giving my opponents these types of cards. Plus, it nonbos with the targeted discard I have added so I think its time for wheel to go (at least I can sell it).

As for scapegoat, it seems like the worst anti-wrath I have and I don’t want to run bad cards for the sake of functional density. It is not as versatile as discard, nor is it as mana efficient, plus it may not be used, or I may just use it to recast some stuff in an attempt to get value off of what may be a dead card.

In its place I will add Bold Impaler and the newly spoiled Drill Bit from ravnica allegiance.

The most brutal way to build a Markov deck is to abuse his Eminence ability by playing as many low-cmc Vampires as possible. If you couple that with mana rocks and some Ramp you can drop a handful of 1cmc Vampires each turn and get free triggers for even more Vampires from Markov! This will also allow you to cut your lands down to around 30.

Here are some low-cmc Vampires to consider:

Ramp:

Mana Rocks:

You can also try throwing in these HUGE buff effects for your Vampires:

If you're happy with the mana-base, then leave it alone. But keep an eye on it going forward - keep track of every time you miss land-drops, and every time you think to yourself "what terrible luck! not enough mana for what I want to do!" It may not be luck. ;)

Also, if you're gaining lots of life all the time (it looks like you are), you may want to consider Aetherflux Reservoir. The lifegain effect is nice, and the death-laser ability can be game-ending, if you've got the resources.

Other sweet vampires you may want to consider:

I can tell you put some serious work into this one; it looks good! The Sorin's and Olivia's are on point for sure. Good work!

Those cards are useful... on the first turn they are used, I find first strike to be more effective in the long haul. I recently removed Foundry Street Denizen as the combo with Akroan Crusader was a little flimsy and it dies unless you've used an enchantment on it (more often than not you pour enchantments onto the first creature you get out). With that in mind Bold Impaler was a better fit to solo play your field.

Cartouche of Zeal / Hammerhand is probably worth including. Better than Reflexes imo.

Foundry Street Denizen looks stupid if you're already getting craptons of tokens out with Crusader. Probably better than Bold Impaler?

Wizno and landofMordor

Thank you both for the great advice concerning my tribal vampire deck. Based on both of your recommendations I made the following changes:I removed all non-vampire creatures and planeswalkers including Flamerush Rider, Combat Celebrant, Dukhara Scavenger, Chandra, Pyrogenius, Liliana, Death Wielder, Akroma, Angel of Fury, and Ammit Eternal. I did keep Ob Nixilis Reignited because of his first ability to draw cards and his third ability to deter opponents from drawing cards. I added Diabolic Tutor, Olivia, Mobilized for War, Pawn of Ulamog, Bloodrite Invoker, Yahenni, Undying Partisan, Bloodmad Vampire, Bold Impaler, Voldaren Duelist, Call the Bloodline, Dark Impostor, and Diabolic Tutor as I had them already in my collection. I also added Asylum Visitor to help with the card drawing aspect. The other recommended cards are great and I will begin adding many of them to my collection / deck as soon as I can. Again, thank you both for taking the time and making the recommendations. They were super helpful.

Personally I would change Bold Impaler with Insolent Neonate since its more flexibl and can trigger madness I would also change Stromkirk Mentor with Incorrigible Youths since it fits more into your aggro plan , and can also trigger off madness to become super cheap, and they curve really well with Furyblade Vampire that's potentially 8 damage turn 3 with just two cards.

And I would also change Bloodmad Vampire with Heir of Falkenrath  Flip since in my opinion thats one of the strongest vampires in standard. It's a 3/2 with flying that triggers madness for one black & colorless, that's insane! It's also dirt cheap
