this is a control/wheel deck that seeks to control the board using cards like Deafening Silence. it capitalizes on opponents drawing with cards like notion thief and smothering tithe. the commander is more used for a "grand abolisher" type affect to protect yourself while you set up combos.

the main combos of this deck are

-thassa's oracle, tainted pact/demonic consultation. leads to a immediate win if not stopped in some way.

-wedding ring, Notion Thief/Consecrated Sphinx/Psychic Possession. (Wedding ring, Consecrated Sphinx/Psychic is infinite card draw for you and opponent so it is best if you have sen triplets or grand abolisher out.) (Wedding ring, Notion Thief is infinite card draw for you. keep in mind this is unstoppable without interaction.)

once you have drawn out your library you can just play a card like thassa's oracle or you can make infinite mana using dramatic reversal and isochron scepter you should be able to play free mana rocks to get this done regardless of how much mana you have up.
