Version 3 of Maelstrom Test Pilot.

Goal is to Primal Surge or otherwise assemble Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron for infinite mana, and then infinitely flicker Goblin Test Pilot to win the game.

I can win by only letting activations that target opponents resolve and respond infinitely until they die, or I can just keep doing it Russian roulette style, where The only activations I respond to are ones that hit all players, until either I win or I die
