A not broken simic commander?! I THINK NOT this thing is strong as HECK but falls short of being able to make it as a CEDH commander due to Simic lacking a way to snag enchantments. However, there are still a lot of filthy things this snake-elf can do =) accidently, closed out of the primer I was working on RIP I'll try and get around to it but there are so many fun things to brew right now! - If you have any questions about how the deck works I'll do my best to answer them.

Basic game plan - play creature, make a clue, bounce creature, replay creature for free or make enough mana to loop creatures. Rinse and repeat. Eventually, we get enough clues to just play an opponents whole deck - but we would need a lot of untapping for that to happen.
