I like drawing cards. Do you like drawing cards? Let’s draw ALL the cards :)

Nope ^.^ I wanna watch your brain bleed out

While Kami of the Crescent Moon might look like a Group Hug commander at first, he will patiently savor your indulgent demise with a side of relish.

The forcefeed archetype is certainly easier with access to other colors and a more punishing commander but the advantage is that virtually everyone will underestimate us. We simply aren't a threat at first.

This deck is fun - it amplifies everyone's power through card advantage which naturally leads to greatly accelerated games and everyone making supercharged plays. When folks are distracted, that's when we go in for the kill. The engine pieces and win cons are all protected by a suite of different spells we can alternatively cast using cards in our chunky, murderous hand.

At the end of the day, we still want this deck to be fun and interesting to play against. It literally gives opponents a ton of power - the puzzle comes in breaking that parity and finding ways to turn that power on its head to close out victories.

This is our oldest surviving EDH deck and it was recently overhauled to make the power sharper. If you have suggestions, please let us know!

The main goal of the deck is to try and draw-out all our opponents. There is something so rewarding in killing players through a flood of overwhelming card draw. They got to hold every single piece of their deck and they died grasping the cards they love. Of course, this is quite challenging to do without infinite combos, which (besides the sideboard) I believe does not technically have any. It has many, many different ways to soft combo players out of the game though. We will work on adding those specific combinations as we play games and continue updating this deck on TappedOut.

Mirrorform + Teferi's Puzzlebox + Any draw punishment effect can create tremendous amount of damage or mill and close out quickly

Mirrorform

Teferi's Puzzlebox

Psychic Corrosion

Mirrorform + Forced Fruition can close out games like Puzzlebox but can also lead to soft locks where opponents won't be able to play spells, lest they deck themselves

Mirrorform

Forced Fruition

Okay, the dream is to watch every player struggle to hold their entire deck in their hands while cackling maniacally, but that will simply not happen most games. Instead, the other main win condition is simply bleeding them dry with their hubris. Iron Maiden, Scrawling Crawler, Psychosis Crawler, Viseling, and Black Vise do an excellent job eroding neurons.
While not the focus of the deck, another solid backup option we have recently included in the deck are ways to turn that juicy card draw into mill effects with Dreamborn Muse and Psychic Corrosion. Most players hate mill though so these cards were chosen specifically for their sudden and explosive power. These should lead to very quick ways to end the game, as opposed to a long and miserable drawn-out death.
Of course, we also have some upgrades to really get the job done in our Sideboard.

Utilizing our sideboard grants us fast, more aggressive combos.

Classic Laboratory Maniac + Leveler + Any draw effect wins us the game immediatley

Laboratory Maniac

Leveler

Temple Bell

Another classic we are super excited to try out is Palinchron + High Tide/Extraplanar Lens/Gauntlet of Power/Caged Sun to make infinite Blue mana. From there, we can use any 'Draw X' spell to force everyone at the table to draw out or use in tandem with any Draw Punishment effect. Elixir of Immortality can help us stuff our deck to survive the X spell as well.

Palinchron

High Tide

Extraplanar Lens

Gauntlet of Power

Caged Sun

Prosperity

Psychosis Crawler

Elixir of Immortality

The powerful one-sided stax effect in Meekstone and our beautiful Sunder as a brutal game ender are also included here.

These cards felt too powerful to have in the Maindeck unless batteling with higher level decks. I suppose those would probably be brackets 3-4 using the new system.
