Death by a billion papercuts!

Self imposed deck building limits: RW are main colors. Any off colors are limited to 1 CMC, and a max of 2 off colors per card. So GRW is fine, BUG and RWGGG aren't. While not exactly set it stone, the idea is that I should be able to get 1 or 2 off color mana a turn no matter what, so those limits should allow me to splash other colors and not have to build a serious 5 color mana base.
