This deck is all about hiding behind an adorable commander, grabbing a puppy by the hind legs and smacking your friends in the head. Premise is simple, cast dogs/cats, get cats/dogs. The commander ability itself can shutdown your opponent's commanders and keep you afloat with lifegain. The beauty with changelings is that you get both a cat and a dog token with your commander out. Angels and pegasus tokens for flavor as we are looking at saccing our good boys to slap face and overwhelming your creatures with divine force.
Besides getting lots of tokens with Doubling Season, Parallel Lives and Anointed Procession hitting face/using the commander ability, there are a few ways to win with the deck. Goblin Bombardment is a fantastic mental image, after you hit face, catapult dogs and cats on your enemies. Impact Tremors and Purphoros, God of the Forge equate to 3 damage to every opponent per one token entering, Storm Herd can end a game even if you had only one of these enchantments. As can Descent of the Dragons, especially if you are able to hit face. Craterhoof Behemoth does what Craterhoof does.
I have already written a little bit to do about tokens. It is pretty easy to get some crazy tokens down fast. One thing worth mentioning is that Doubling Season also doubles the counters as well, meaning that the prereqs for Luminarch Ascension. Lastly, and a great segue into card draw, but The Great Henge is a great addition to this deck for reasons I am sure you will easily be able to see.
A lot of stuff here is pretty set-standard. Skullclamp makes its predictable inclusion. Garruk, Primal Hunter we can cash in for cards or +1 him to get some extra beef, potentially then we are able to cast Craterhoof Behemoth for free thanks to Descendants' Path. Shamanic Revelation could give us the potential for easy life gain if our good boys are beefy enough. Return of the Wildspeaker, great flexibility, draw a bunch of cards or swing for the win. Lastly, The Great Henge, because its really good.

Changelings mean any of our creatures can enter the battlefield for free. Mass Hysteria mostly for my own meta, a lot of my friends won't let me keep my strong boys stay out for long, its good to get at least a hit in and then when they board wipe you can goblin sac. Also, if there are any other aggro decks on the table chances are they won't want to hit you as you are passively booning them. Luminarch Ascension is basically my answer to having not a lot of flying defense, good to be able to flash in creatures for super cheap. Lastly, just want to mention Emergence Zone, having an answer after a board wipe to keep yourself defended is crucial. Predictably, someone will want to boardwipe my 40-something Storm Herd tokens before they can even attack, so playing it before the last player's endstep helps a lot.

That's it! Hope you like the deck!

Made some adjustments to the deck to make it more focused. The changelings added with Kaldheim are great additions to the deck and they add a little more spark. Akroma's Will adds another win con into the deck, absolutely devastating. Court of Bounty replaces Ancestral Path as it is a better card that more-or-less does the same thing, cheating out creatures, but this time with bonus card draw and control. Felidar Retreat for more tokens and more punch, in addition I have also made the ramp a lot more focused, adding in cards like Three Visits and Rampant Growth for faster mana growth. I have also fixed up the lands, I took out a lot of the tap lands as they really did slow down my game. I took out Eerie Interlude - Teferi's Protection is a much better preservation card. Path to Exile was added as I needed more interaction. Anointed Procession to ensure my chances of getting a token doubler on my board is increased.

That's it! Hope you like the changes.
