The idea of the deck started as an Azorius Miracles. The basic idea is still the same although it is more of a classic UW Control. I still want to keep the Miracles as a win condition but now in a more traditional UW control. Since I want to play it in my playgroup I do not want to make it full stax.My budget is put to 50$ a card (40Euros) - reason that Moat is not on the deck and other ones like that. (The fetch lands not listed I still did not yet bought). So if you can help me on making a competitive deck I would be very thankful to you all!! :)
