Maelstrom Wanderer deck designed for play in a 75-85% meta. I'm not pulling many punches with this one, but I am avoiding mass wipes (ex. Devastation) and extra turns (ex. Time Warp) as these are especially boring ways of building Maelstrom Wanderer in my opinion. I did include Deadeye Navigator, however, primarily as a way to win without relying on the combat step.
