Ever since I saw Silumgar, the Drifting Death I wanted to make a deck with him, but at the time there weren't enough black and/or blue dragons to build a deck around him.

Fast forward all these years, a few days ago I was thinking about building a dragon tribal and then I remembered about this guy, and how now we have a lot of blue and black dragons, plus I realized how Silumgar's ability synergyzes well with cards like Polymorphist's Jest, so I went ahead and finally built this deck with him.

Any help to improve the deck is welcome.
