an evolution and experiment based on bringing lantern control to EDH, with more diversity then my inititial mono blue pass.

ideal strats are get the lanterns established and then wheel with narset up, lock the game down with zur's weirding and then just chip away until people die.

I'd love to figure out ways to get that more consistent and also not die in the interim, which is surpisingly tight in a 100 card list.
