It's the 1980s when times were dangerous and lead was in the city water. Bad times, truly. Cracks in the sidewalk. Crack in peoples' systems. Babies crying for milk in the night. It's always night in the bad 80s and cars are going really fast down the street because all the stop signs have been stolen by evil people. In one of those cars is a druid. She is also evil. There are no heroes in THIS story, don't you know? Not with all the crack(s) around.

She's peeling rubber off the tire and onto the road as she scoots down the street wearing her sunglasses because it helps block out the bad times and the stoplights so when she gets pulled over for running a red the police can't have evidence against her. Beside her is a gnarled staff with wicked powers and its own set of rules. Bad rules. It wants to commit numerous crimes.

So when she sees a group of hooligans dealing crack down the street, she swerves onto the sidewalk, staff in hand, window down while some of her evil music plays, and she BLASTS them away with her evil staff! Kazoom! Brackow! Bazoom!

They are dead, and the crack goes with them.

Maybe, JUST maybe...there really is a hero in this story...
