I have a Bant version Tokensanity that focuses more on infinite combos and uses smaller tokens. Feel free to look and use any ideas that fit your game plan. Tutors like Worldly Tutor , Eladamri's Call , and Altar of Bone seem good here.

Gavvin Both Demonic Tutor and Vampiric Tutor would be nice but the choice in tutors was for more of a flavor text. Beseech the Queen for example always reminds me of Sarah Kerrigan aka Queen of Blades. As for Diabolic Tutor for the terms of the zerg evolution.
Otherwise the deck is still finding it's identity rather than be part of the normal model for a Sliver deck.

I really like your list here, but there is definitely some good new cards that would fit well in this list. Rhythm of the Wild , Ilharg, the Raze-Boar , and Guardian Project all fit well in creature heavy decks. I would also suggest butting in some sacrifice utility to make sure Protean Hulk dies, best one I could suggest without effecting the list would be Miren, the Moaning Well or Diamond Valley , Altar of Bone (or any of the Altars, Birthing Pod . Really cool list, hope I was able to help.

I haven't played it with others, just fish bowling, so my feel for the deck is not great. Good for card knowledge and working lines of play though. I have noticed that the mana base with all the ABU duals is a little slower than the more Tazri shifted land base. I really want the ABU lands to work because I want a deck that plays them all but not sure if the land balance with them in the deck is right...
I've also pulled the Hydroid Krasis / Walking Ballista for Altar of Bone and going to test that out. Not sure if the decks needs another win con, especially if they aren't totally synergistic. But Altar of Bone can be hit by Niv and puts a piece to hand.
Riftsweeper , is it overkill? What scenario do you think it is necessary?

We already spoke about these already but I'm commenting with a couple of suggestions here so you have a list to come back to
Altar of Bone - Use it to either sacrifice or find rector. Finding rector doesn't need explaining but as a sac outlet it will be able to find spellseeker which will let you merchant scroll for dig through time and guarantee the combo kill
Recruiter of the Guard - A bit wonky but it finds rector and other bears. Decent if you're trying to up your count. Also works as part of the combo kill by finding spellseeker and initiating the chain I posted above.
Manifold Insights - We talked about this one but the main premise is that you're digging 10 and that at least a few of the hits are going to be lands. The rest will be some combination of gas or semi live draws. The worst thing your opponents will give you are dorks/ bad ramp/ or redundant looters but you only have 10 combined of all those effects in the deck so the chances are pretty low that you end up getting a grip or 3 after this. Odds are in your favor. I don't think we want this in stuff like circu but when it comes to UW, Winterblast was right again.
Intuition - Manifold Insights is basically a worse copy of this effect. Works with seasons past, rector recur, and pretty much every combo you have access to. Plus it's an instant.
The last thing to consider is the dredge stuff in conjunction with Replenish and Open the Vaults . The real issue would be one of can you get enough pieces to the yard and to be honest I'm not sure. You get some neat tech with all the bant land recur, stuff like Riftstone Portal , and potentially things like Wonder which will act as evasion for rafiq and your draw dorks. Maybe these would even be able to justify something like Survival of the Fittest coming back but it just depends on how you can play with the grave. Lands, enchantments, and artifacts are all easy and you even have some play with recurring instants and sorceries but getting creatures back is much more difficult. This paragraph is more food for thought than recommendations though as it would be near impossible to build a shell with all this without finding an entomb type effect or some sort of massive miller outside of the deck's looters or something insane like Hermit Druid or breakfast combo.
If I see any more I'll let you know

Another great choice for a tribal deck is Coat of Arms .
It never hurts to have more creature tutors--especially in a tribal deck. A few you might consider are: Recruiter of the Guard , Eladamri's Call , Enlightened Tutor , Idyllic Tutor , Altar of Bone , Green Sun's Zenith , Sylvan Tutor and Summoner's Pact .
If you want to go faster you'll need to get more lands out fast and/or mana rocks. That's where green comes in. White has a few spells like Land Tax , Tithe and Oreskos Explorer but, green has stuff like: Burgeoning , Carpet of Flowers , Exploration Utopia Sprawl , Wild Growth , Land Grant , Crop Rotation , Sylvan Scrying , Azusa, Lost but Seeking , Birds of Paradise and Bloom Tender .
Its also not a bad idea to toss in a few more instant-speed removal spells such as: Swords to Plowshares , Wear Away , Sundering Growth , Nature's Claim , Naturalize , Natural State , Dispatch , Disenchant , Afterlife , Beast Within , Crib Swap and Oblation .
