Instant (1)

Grixis Control Deck. No Fooling around, no Insane Combos, just hard Control. using Cards that speak for themself and work without Conditions. Trying to get the Best out of the Colors: Blue: Draw and Counterspells. Black: Creature Hate Red: Speed (haste)

-The Deck can Attack everything. The Board, the Stack, the Hand, the Library and ofc the Lifepoints and is able to finish over Library or Lifepoints or "fast" 21 Commander Dmg-

-Manabase is built from what i own and under continous contruction, Suggestions only needed for Utility lands-

-btw. Sorry for my bad english-

WIN CONDITIONS

Prime Win Condition is the commander Himself. Thraxi often hits for 7 Dmg himself, making him a 3-Turn-Clock.

Another way of Ending a Game is the mindcrank+Guildmage Combo. Just fuel it with 1 dmg or 1Card to Graveyard. The deck doesnt play around the combo or needs it at all, its just there. Lots of tutors can find the 2nd piece to End a tapped out enemy.

Sorin Markov, sure, is another Option as his 10-life +lots of haste Creatures can end an enemy no matter how much life he got.

INSTANTS:

Most of the Instant Spells spek for themself i guess. Im a big fan of Cheap Counterspells, so nearly all of them are at 1-2 Mana, except Counterflux. I Also like my Carddraw at instant speed so i can cat it EOT during enemy Turns, keeping my Lands open to Counter and react...well it's an Control Deck.

Muddle the Mixture has the nice side effect of beeing able to tutor the Mindcrank+Guildmage Combo.

Shadow of Doubt is also very useful in my playgroup cause we play tons of tutor effects.

SORCERYS:

As Sorcerys are pretty slow for a Control deck they have to have a great impact to make them worth playing.

Rakdos's Return & Cruel Ultimatum can Wreck a Single enemy and i consider them Worth to tap out for them. A Enemy without handcards mostly is not the biggest danger.

Black Sun's Zenith and Damnation are my only sweepers, usually i dont need much more.

Treasure Cruise is meant to be played for 1 Mana, so im fine with it beeing Sorcery.

Shattering Spree maybe one of the best Artifact hate as it is pretty safe vs. Counterspells (just copy it 2-3 times so it would need the same amount in Counterspells) and it can hit more than one Artifact.

CREATURES:

Sedraxis Spectre (unearthed), Blazing Spectre, Liliana's Spectre and Thraxi all have an instant impact and are meant to hit hard when the enemy is unaware or tapped out.

Baleful Strix maybe one of the best Chump blockers, flying, deathtouch and draws another Card...for 2 mana? Great Card for Control.

Gilded Drake, Manic Vandal, Voidmage Husher, Aura thief, and Sheoldred are some great Control Creatures. Reanimated by Sheoldred , Kholagans Command or Phyrexian Reclamation they have an insane Value.

Sphinx is just an awesome Card in Multiplayer Games and has to be handled immediately or generates more Card advantage then anyone can handle.

Trinket mage simply looks for Sol ring, divining Top or Relic of progenitus.

WALKERS:

usually i dont play the walkers to use their ultimates, as they mostly dont reach them, so i dont go into that Point, even if most of them hit hard or even finish the Game, except of Sarkhan...i would not reccomment Ulting him, even if possible.

Nicol Bolas: insanly expensive, but can literally handle Everything! Especially with a weakness towards Entchantments he is worth his mana Costs.

Jace Beleren, just great for 3 mana

Liliana of the Veil, another great 3 mana Walker.

Ob Nixilis, Combination of Creature Hate and Carddraw...another great Black Walker.

Sorin Markov: There are always situations when u just love the "Set life to 10" option. 2 Dmg to a creature, player or another walkers is always nice and getting some life points truly does help in black decks.

Enchantment Hate:

Hard to get in Grixis, but there are some options:

Perilous Vault; Exiling is always nice. Aura Thief: if i cant destroy them, lets steal them! letting a Creature die is doable, especially with High Market, beeing able to be reanimated is even better. Crosis's Charm, Cyclonic Rift and Cryptic Command can at least bounce them to give you a 2nd Chance to counter them if you missed it in the first place. Nicol Bolas; Simply destroy everthing.

Single good Cards: Relic of Progenitus . emptying enemy GY's is always good, everyone reanimates something at some point. Phyrexian Reclamation: With all the Control Creatures this one is a beast. Painful Quandary: no deeper Sense, just a very, very annoying Card for the enemy.

So far these are my thoughts on the Deck, every Comment is welcome.
