This is a curse/political style of deck in Mardu colors with Mathas, Fiend Seeker as the commander. You use your curses and bounty counters and such, as well as general politics and making deals with people, to get your opponents to kill what you need to be killed by essentially bribing them. There is also a lifegain subtheme, and a few alternate wincons based around lifegain. There is also Azor's Gateway   (flips to Sanctum of the Sun ) alongside Exsanguinate , Debt to the Deathless , and Torment of Hailfire as very powerful finishers, assuming you can keep the Gateway alive long enough to flip it.
