High-power Elsha of the Infinite based on a Spike Feeders build (deck list here: https://archidekt.com/decks/327870#Elsha )

Tweaked for LGS event ban list, which bans fast mana (most moxes, Sol Ring, Mana Crypt, etc.), most 1-mana tutors, and, most importantly, Sensei's Divining Top. This means we can't draw our deck with the Helm of Awakening combo, which makes Elsha's path to victory much less clear. However, being able to cast from the top of your deck is still quite powerful, and I believe she can still be strong and possibly competitive without that particular win condition.
