Deck Mechanics

• Bruna, Light of Alabaster gets ridiculously huge with all of the auras in this deck. She is often unblockable and has protection from the colors your opponents are playing, so you can rack up the commander damage quickly.

• Self-milling with Traumatize, Mirror-Mad Phantasm and Thassa's Devourer helps to get more auras in your graveyard and then onto Bruna. Your graveyard is protected by cards like Mnemonic Nexus , Elixir of Immortality, and Feldon's Cane , which also help keep you from decking yourself with mill. You can also bring back creatures you mill with Defy Death.

• Jalira, Master Polymorphist and Polymorph turn your tokens into bigger, more useful creatures. Jalira helps you get Umbra Mystic , Thassa's Devourer, Sovereigns of Lost Alara, Consecrated Sphinx, Mirror-Mad Phantasm , and Ajani's Chosen onto the board, while Polymorph helps you grab Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Ephara, God of the Polis, Medomai the Ageless , and any other creature.

• If you're going to mount a strong offense, you'll need a defense to keep you from becoming too much of a target in multiplayer games. Sphere of Safety, Propaganda, Ghostly Prison, Pariah, and a suite of counterspells and fog effects help you pillow fort to discourage other players from going after you.
