I agree with epajula, artifact based ramp is a pretty good way to go. Here are a few suggestions on cards to cut for ramp.
Slow removal - Chant of the Skifsang , Time of Ice and Encrust . I can see the use on Encrust because it is flexible to artifacts.
Creature Auras - On Serra's Wings and Commander's Authority . With the limited number of creatures I don't know if there are good places for these to go.
Personal Sanctuary - I don't see a lot of ways that you are damaging yourself on your turn so this piece doesn't seem needed.
Inspirit - I can see that you want to untap and block to Fog a creature, but this is very conditional and probably not needed.
Good luck with this unique style deck. I like the idea and want to see how it plays when you are done.

xtechnetia, I totally agree. Baleful Strix has got to have my favorite mtg art ever. I was going to try to list my favorite card arts in this forum's body, but there are too many options! Commander's Authority and Makeshift Battalion come readily to mind. Also foil Explore

I like this idea, but have you considered a soldier tribal subtheme with Preeminent Captain, Catapult Master, Darien, King of Kjeldor, Squad Captain , Stormfront Riders, Assemble the Legion Knight-Captain of Eos etc? It offers another cheat and has decent commander synergy.
On another note, Auratouched Mage with Eldrazi Conscription is a thing, or just Knightly Valor/Commander's Authority.
Lovisa Coldeyes has that warrior synergy. Allies have a few options in Resolute Blademaster and Murasa Pyromancer. Reverent Hoplite and Evangel of Heliod like white devotion. Zealous Conscripts threatens to a combo.
Have fun tinkering with the list.

Are you after single card draw engines, or multiple card draw engines? Because while there are a lot of single card draw engines, eg. Phyrexian Arena, there are also a lot of simple to construct (i.e. not rube goldberg machine) card draw engines which can leverage two or more cards. Some examples are:
RiotRunner789: are you after these kind of cards too? Also, are you after this for a particular deck or at least colour combination? This will make tailoring the list much easier.

Outlaws' Merriment seems perfect. Also Krav, the Unredeemed and Regna, the Redeemer seem like it fits. Vigilante Justice might be fun. Maybe Commander's Authority. Elspeth, Sun's Nemesis should deserve a look. Another cool card would be Gallows at Willow Hill. If you think you can make enough human tokens take a good look at Devout Chaplain. Keep the tokens coming with Hanweir Garrison. Homura, Human Ascendant Flip needs a sac outlet. Good thing your Cmdr has a sac outlet. Requiem Angel and Xathrid Necromancer both benefit from creatures dying. And since we are talking about creatures dying why not add Dictate of Erebos and Grave Pact and Butcher of Malakir.

I think that you COULD splash G in exchange for the nonhuman creatures here, those being Angelic Overseer , Dearly Departed and Commander's Authority . In splashing Green, you get access to extremely powerful cards in the form of Tireless Tracker , Harmonize , Dromoka's Command , Hardened Scales , Avacyn's Pilgrim and of course the ever popular, ever relevant Collected Company .
I have a deck similar to this, splashing G to great effect here: Thalia's Horde of Humans.
On the other hand, if you don't want to splash G, Abzan Falconer could be a good finisher.
