Ask your freinds who's the illest, Yidris EDH

Commander / EDH*

Wickked

When I first seen Yidris, as if I had met my future wife, I instantly knew that it would be a commander that I would eventually have to put together. When the thoughts of what kind of brew I would be manifesting I had many different directions I could go. I really don't wanna play a storm or infinite turn/ attack phases deck. I might eventually add one or two just for shits and giggles. But honestly it's not much fun for anybody to watch yidris attack 4 straight times to kill someone. It may be the best thing about Yidris decks in general... You can go any way you want with it and Yidris will provide the value engine that is needed. Most my decks have themes. But if there was one commander that didn't exactly need a theme to be great its Yidris. So that's why I decided to make this my "Good Stuff" deck. So I will try to jam pack as many of the most powerful cards in Magic's history in to this deck. This deck is on MTGO so the costs will be reasonable for me to put together so keep that in mind before you think my 1500$ deck is a bit excessive. But my main goal will be to make this a all-star team that can devastate my opponents on pure power level alone. So far the results have been amazing. I'm looking forward to weening through the most powerful cards of all time. Please let me know what cards I should have not on the list and what cards I should add also. Thanks for the Input....... PS. both Expertise's and Whispersilk get passes due to their crazy synergy with Yidris

The deck has been rather dominant online so far to be honest. Sakashami has been The MVP so far. Being able to copy any legendary is just insane. The only time my deck seems to stumble is if the other 3 players hate on yidris. Most my single card value is enough to come back from any hole though. I might end up adding more combat shenanigans to help protect yidris. I really wanna add a couple more creature to get the count up to about 30 first though.

-1 Progenitor Mimic +1 Yawgmoth's Will Proto is an absolute house and if it has the right target it can end games. I have wayyy too many legends to take advantage of him too often. Yawgmoth brings a ton of utility. This helps lower the curve also. Proto might end up back in eventually for another card.

-1 xenegod +1 Sire of Stagnation xenegod is a very strong edh cards that has def won me allot of games but its devotion is very hard to obtain. Sire of stagnation brings a decent amount of card draw and a huge blocker also. Sire might end up getting replaced eventually, I just wish he had some sort of evasion.
