This deck may not be good but I don't care. The goal is to add in as many mill and ring tempt effects in the deck. The win condition is milling everyone (or at least 1 poor soul). Smeagol guarantees a land drop for every ring tempt and is easier to mill the opponent if there are fewer lands in their deck. Some cards make opponents search for lands but little do they know... for each land removed from the library is 1 less ring tempt to mill them out! >:)
