Well despite being a Warhammer nerd, I wasn't really interested in any of the 40K commander decks until I saw that there Shard of the Void Dragon. Sadly he is not legendary so cannot be our commander but Anrakyr the Traveller will serve for now, especially as he can get Canoptek Tomb Sentinel (my second favourite card from the precon) out of the bin to exile something for a mere four life! In fact he's pretty awesome full stop, making the deck extremely resilient to board wipes and triggering the many abilities that work off of units "entering from the graveyard" without the pesky problem of having to exile them at end of turn that comes with the Unearth mechanic.

I've only played with this a few times but even with minimal upgrades it absolutely slaps, the amount of ramp is absurd and it can quickly bury the table in bodies.
