My take on Animar for Commander. Primal Surge is the only non-permanent card in the entire deck; it is a over-the-top win condition for an already ridiculous deck. Other combos involve almost any of the cards with ETB effects and bouncers like Man-o-War, Crystal Shard, Cloudstone Curio, etc., allowing for some ridiculous later turns thanks to Animar cheapening everything.
