After I saw a friend turn Packrats into his commander thanks to The Master, Formed Anew, I had to look for some other card to make a legend. And one of the strongest one is certainly Orcish Bowmasters or Ledger Shredder. Though Sheoldred, the Apocalypse with access to blue is pretty nasty too.

Basically anything {U}{B} can be your commander with this guy.
