My spin on Meria that isn't too competetive, but can still be powerful in a fun way. Play equipments and then utilize them to gain card advantage, cast more spells, or just beat face. No matter the situation, there is always something to do on your turn, even if the commander is absent from the battlefield.

Tips 1. One trick I've learned is that if you equip a creature other than Meria with most of your equipments, your opponents will be less likely to come after her. 2. Use Inventors' Fair to tutor for Mystic Forge if you aren't sure what to get. 3. You won't be able to cast cards from the top with Mystic Forge if either Grafdigger's Cage or Weathered Runestone are out. While looking at the top is still very useful, I would recommend not playing these if you already have Forge out. 4. Genesis Wave is the best card in the deck, but if Moraug is in play or among the cards turned over with Wave, you can rack up several combat steps in one turn and often win the game (so long as you resolve Moraug first).
