This is a manual storm combo deck intended for cEDH power level or just shy of that. It is currently not full tuned and the mana base needs a fair amount of tweeking. The only infinite that is possible is using Unsubstantiate and Thousand-Year Storm is infinite cast spells, which allows for infinite of very color mana using mana rocks and Dramatic Reversal. Additionally, this may be possible to pull off by replacing Dramatic Reversal with Dockside Extortionist, but that requires your opponents to have at least 5 artifacts and/or enchantments. This is not the main intent of the deck and is only included because each card earns its own spot because of its usefulness and power. I am planning to update this description in the future to have more reasoning behind certain inclusions.
